The Bidder undertakes to always provide the Buyer with the following information:

Ordering is done online 24 hours a day, all days of the year. The buyer can make a purchase as a guest (no registration required) or register and create their user account with a username and password. The seller is not responsible for the authenticity of the user data entered. The user must be at least 18 years old. All products of the online store are available until the stock is sold. The product is first added to the cart by the user, then proceeds to purchase and enters the information in the required fields, re-examines the order and places it. After the order has been placed, the buyer receives a confirmation e-mail about the order received and also confirms the obligation to pay the order. The confirmation e-mail contains information on purchased products, prices and quantities, which are also available to the registered user in the user account. The buyer must notify the seller of the possible change of the order by e-mail, which is published on the website, and also indicate the purchase number in the message.
Prices are in Euros, include VAT and are valid at the time of award, but do not include shipping costs. The price is increased to the buyer by the value of the postage and postal fees charged by Pošta Slovenije at the current price list. The seller attaches to the shipment an invoice of the purchased goods. The seller's priority is to keep product information up-to-date. Seller reserves the right to change prices without prior notice.
The seller delivers the goods worldwide. In stock products will be dispatched within one to two working days via Pošta Slovenije. If the product ordered is out of stock, the seller will inform the buyer as soon as possible. The seller also informs the buyer of any other delivery problems. Postage is charged at a fixed price and is shown on the invoice. The cost of payment upon receipt shall be borne by the buyer, who may either pay the shipment to the postman or pick it up by post. If the buyer does not pick up the shipment within 15 days, it will be returned to the shipper. In the event of cancellation of the contract, the buyer is reimbursed the purchase price and delivery costs in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, and the cost of returning the goods is assumed by the buyer.

CONTRACT OF SALE
The purchase contract is concluded at the moment of placing the order. It is stored electronically on the website and is accessible to the customer in his user account at all times.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW FROM THE CONTRACT
In accordance with Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot), the buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days after receiving the goods. Goods returned by the buyer must be undamaged and in their original packaging. The buyer submits the notice of cancellation to the seller in the form of a clear statement, which he sends to the e-mail address published on the website. The buyer returns the goods within 14 days after the cancellation of the contract. When returning the goods, the buyer will bear the cost of the return. The seller confirms to the buyer the receipt of the notice of withdrawal from the contract and returns the entire purchase price within 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of withdrawal. The company can wait for the payment to be returned until the goods are returned.
Products are warranted if the warranty card is included or stated on the invoice.
